Return and Refund

Return and Refund are not available once the order is placed.

We will accept returns only for manufacturing fault, expired, not as described, or obvious defects.

Send the photos of the product(s) in question alongside the reasons for returns and your order details to [email] within 5 days upon receiving. If your return is accepted, we will share the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A replacement or refund will be arranged after our warehouse receives your return.
